I loved the podcast episode of female political strategy based on this article. When I first heard of the FDS political podcast I was skeptical and a little perturbed by the idea of conservative women joining FDS but the podcast is amazing! The back and forth has been productive. I am so impressed by all of you lovely ladies who make the podcast happen. I think this is even more important than FDS on its own. I can not wait to read more of your articles expanding on feminist realism. I feel more hopeful for the future after reading this than I have in a long time. I have been stressing and doomer about climate change. This has been a breath of fresh air. Thank you Thank you so much. How can I be the most supportive of this kind of work in particular? I am a patreon member already.
Back when I was writing critiques of liberalism I never used to apply them on an individual level, so I never actually acknowledged that the sexual liberalism was totally favouring men.
I suppose if I can be awkward: I’m always interested in the subtle power-plays between men and women. That is, men and women exercise power and authority in very different ways — I’m an unashamed P. T. Anderson stan and this is something he does really well in his films — I definitely think it’s possible for women to take quite powerful positions already in marriage for example.
With that in mind, I’d be interested to see what examples you might have in mind for this feminist realism?
This article is amazing. Lilith is brilliant and I just adore both FDS & FPS. I want every woman in the world to find this community and to experience the transformation that it can bring to their lives. The time has come for us to stop tolerating men's low value behaviors and attitudes. We simply don't have to put up with them! I am so much healthier and happier since first finding FDS, and my relationships with other women have improved too. Thanks so much for lighting up with life with your theory of feminist realism, Lilith. Can't wait for more articles here!

I’m fascinated by this framing in Realpolitik.

I'd argue it's more like men dominate and have domesticated all life to serve them.
Women, animals, nature.
